Atelier marche et effeuillage

Cet atelier s’adresse aux étudiants burlesques débutants, intermédiaires et avancés.
Il est basé sur l’importance de la marche, tant sur scène que dans notre propre vie.
Ensemble nous aborderons différentes « ambiances de marche ».
Il y aura une partie technique sans talon pour travailler l’équilibre à travers des exercices spécifiques afin de développer la mobilité des hanches.
Une deuxième partie de l’atelier se déroulera sur les talons et mettra l’accent sur tout le corps pour marcher avec fluidité, de manière séduisante.

Maximum 15 participants
Durée : 90 minutes. Le cours n’inclut pas la nudité. Tous niveaux bienvenus
Que porter : Tout ce que vous voulez, il est recommandé d’avoir des talons hauts.

Walking and Stripping Workshop

This workshop suits either beginners intermediate and advanced burlesque students
It is based on how importat walking is on both on stage and in our own life.
Together we will approach different « moods of walking ».
There will be a technical part with without hills to work on the balance trough specific exercisez in order to develop the hips mobility.
A second part of the workshop will be on hills and will focus of the entire body to walk fluently, in a seductive way.

Maximun 15 partecipants
Length: 90 minutes. Class doesn’t include nudity. All levels welcome
What to wear: What ever you want, recommended to have high heels.
