You are invited to Fashion Revolution Week’24!
In April of this year, we commemorate the 10th anniversary of the global movement known as Fashion Revolution, which has steadfastly advocated for socially just and environmentally responsible fashion practices. To honour this significant milestone and to delve into the myriad ways in which we can collectively foster fashion revolutionaries, Fashion Revolution Lithuania, in collaboration with co-organizers 2NDHEAVEN and Think2, proudly presents Fashion Revolution Week’24. This distinguished event, split into three days, will showcase a spectrum of artistic expressions in sustainable fashion.
We maintain the firm belief that sustainability not only preserves our freedom in fashion choices but also enhances our sense of style. Indeed, it presents an opportunity for boundless creativity, rendering our aesthetic expressions truly unique. Thus, our collaborative endeavour for FRW’24 aims to illuminate the pathways to creative innovation. In concert with esteemed artists, educators, and designers, we will highlight the intricate interplay between sustainable fashion and art.
Over the course of three days in April-specifically, the 15th, 18th, and 20th-our schedule will be replete with a diverse array of happenings infused with art, fashion, and sustainability. We extend a cordial invitation to your esteemed presence and participation in each of these enriching events.

April 18 | SILUETAS LAUNCH
Venue | Gallery 1986, Kauno st. 32, Vilnius
Doors | 19:30
20:00 | SILUETAS Launch
An independent limited-edition publication produced by Karolina Kalinauskaite & Gintare Sadauskaite, SILUETAS aims to collaboratively create a visual story encompassing five creative minds that shape the Lithuanian fashion and art narrative, silhouette.
SILUETAS reimagines a pre-existing garment, treating it as an artefact through the process of reshaping and distortion. It also delves into the idea of fabric deterioration in connection to fading human memory: a delicate, ephemeral layer of recollection woven into the fabric of our experiences. The journey toward restoration varies depending on the depth of impact, scale, and context. One may endeavour to mend a discoloured memory, akin to tending to a deteriorating fabric. In essence, patching represents an act of veiling, while restoration evokes the resurgence of a memory suffused with reflective nostalgia.
Through reuse and recycling, we redefine the pre-fixed meaning of an object that was once cast aside. Simultaneously, we rewrite the history of the past, of a memory, making it present again.
21:00 | Coctails & Friends | Tunes by Donatas Chipak & Aiste Regina
In addition to SILUETAS Launch, an exhibition of the garments featured in the publication will be on display, as well as an installation by Faktura Studio.
