Avec un équilibre subtil d’éléments post-metal, sludge, progressif et hardcore, Allochiria a sorti un EP (2010) et trois albums complets : Omonoia (2014), Throes (Art of Propaganda, 2017) et Commotion (Venerate Industries, 2023).

Ils ont partagé la scène avec Botch, Social Distortion, Amenra, Deafheaven, Altar of Plagues, Harakiri for the Sky, Deaf Kids, et bien d’autres.
